The sepehr darya jonoub company was established as a ship building company with a dry dock used for docking and construction of different kind of vessels.

This company started to work relying on the experience of its partners from 1372 until 1382. work in repairement and maintenance- dock repairement of different types of ocean sailing vessels of the Islamic Republic of Iran-Barges and landing craft.

From the start the products of this company have been built under the international standards of the IACs and the ISO 9001 license was received from the B.V organization in 2006.  

At the moment this company has over a 100 personals and is among the few active companies in the private sector of this industry in Iran.
